On May 7th, our partner ALDA+ concluded the second session of the training for facilitators series with an engaging online Open Space Technology simulation, attended by project partners and enthusiastic participants. The event provided a platform to explore participative democracy, focusing on various sub-topics related to Social and Solidarity Economy. Attendees also had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the Open Space Technology tool, applying their newfound knowledge to real-world scenarios. The event featured three interactive circles, each moderated by the participants themselves. Circle 1 delved into the benefits local authorities seek to implement SSE, while Circle 2 focused on crafting SSE-supportive legal frameworks. Circle 3 navigated the definition and purpose of SSE. Exciting times lie ahead, with more upcoming and thrilling training sessions to come.
