On May 9th, ALDA+ organized and presented the third and final session of our training for facilitators series, focusing on the Focus Group as a Tool of Participative Democracy and Consultation. Throughout this session, our trainees engaged in various activities aimed at familiarizing themselves with the rules for conducting focus groups, understanding their definition and purpose, learning effective utilization strategies, exploring implementation steps through concrete examples, and discussing the pros and cons of using the tool. The overarching goal of this training is to empower facilitators to effectively employ focus groups in promoting social and solidarity economy as part of the 3P4SEE project. We extend our gratitude to everyone who participated and contributed to the success of this session.
