The Czech project team met with five patients and their family members to discuss some of the topics and issues in more detail and fine-tune questionnaires that will be used in the upcoming weeks to gather more information from a large target audience of spinal patients in various stages of their patient pathway. Topics include barriers, pressure ulcers and their prevention and treatment, and sexuality. It is important to highlight that the team members were amazed at how positive the perception of their project and activities was among the target group. The patients and their families are very keen on being involved in discussions and being part of creating the future innovative solution that will support them and help them in their life.
