The CIREVALC project was presented on Friday 31 May at the Venice Boat Show at the conference organised by the Interreg Italy-Croatia programme to present the Small-Scale projects financed in the first Call for Proposals; the aim was to discuss three main issues:
- Sustainability and Accessibility in Tourism and Cultural Heritage
- Environment and Circular Economy
- Youth, Governance and Cooperation.
The event, entitled Exploring collaborative initiatives and sustainable solutions across 2021-27 Interreg Italy-Croatia Small-Scale Projects was held in the impressive Torre di Porta Nuova Congress Hall of the Venice Arsenal.
During the conference Andrea Galeota, representing Padova Chamber of Commerce, presented Cirevalc project as best practice, in particular, he showcased the activities, the results achieved in the first year of cooperation, and the next steps. His speech closed the session dedicated to ‘Environment and Circular Economy’.
It was a great opportunity to make stakeholders, and those involved in cross-border cooperation, aware of the results and progress of the project and also to share the experience of a Central Europe project with Italy Croatia programme and to foster cooperation and the transnational dimension of the project.
