Learning from each other: Synergetic Online Event

Together with participants from Biwoc-rising Berlin, Piano C Milano, Dress for Succsess Maribor and AKEP from Athens, Negin Payam (ISI e.V.) and Jure Gombač (ZRC SAZU) discussed innovative paths to job inclusion for migrant women. Negin presented ISI.e.v`s experiences in empowering migrant women and strengthening their skills in order to start a business. RES-MOVE promotes access to coworking spaces, where migrants can connect with opportunities, networks, and resources, thereby enhancing their employability and societal contribution. By promoting diversity, innovation, and social cohesion, both projects aim to create a more dynamic and inclusive labor market across the European Union.
