On 7 th of June 2023. in the AZRRI’s Education Gastronomy Centre of Istria on Gortanov brijeg near Pazin, 1st Local Working Group (LWG) meeting of the project CIREVALC, have been held. One-day meeting have been organized for local pioneers and stakeholders – representatives of public authorities. Out of the 20 people invited, a smaller number showed up due to being unable to attend, but those who did not come, expressed their desire to participate in the CIREVALC project in the future. The event started with the greeting speech from the Head of the Centre for Education, European and Institutional Cooperation of AZRRI Ltd. Mrs. Jasenka Kapuralin. The project, description of activities, goals, results and deliverables, as well as the general theme of the project were in detail presented to the gathered local pioneers and stakeholders by the team of AZRRI – Agency for rural development of Istria Ltd. Pazin. At the first meeting, it was announced that in the coming months, AZRRI will actively work on the implementation of project activities with all public and local representatives and with SME’s (mostly food and beverage producers), everyone present showed their interest of participating in the future project activities.
