The Orti Generali garden consists of two parts: a vegetable garden and a space for educational and training activities. The agricultural land of 2 hectares has been transformed into more than 160 individual plots that Turin residents can rent for a small fee, as well as common green spaces.
Gardeners are supported by experts and the gardens are grown exclusively using organic methods. Orti Generali is committed to sustainable and innovative solutions based on nature. The garden area is equipped with a centralised irrigation system that depends on the weather and reduces water consumption.
