On 27 November, as a side event of the European Commission “Future of Interreg”, we will be organising a workshop aimed at shaping the upcoming call for capitalisation by Interreg CENTRAL EUROPE.
In this call, we want to experiment with a new way to improve synergies among transnational and cross-border Interreg project results. The workshop will bring together strategic Interreg stakeholders from central Europe to exchange ideas on how to concretely reinforce Interreg impacts through the joint valorisation of cross-border and transnational Interreg solutions.
Participants to the workshop will have the unique opportunity to provide critical inputs on a new approach to capitalisation through coordination of transnational and cross-border results. The workshop will delve into strategies to enhance project impacts, and discuss initial outcomes of an analysis of capitalisation potentials for central Europe with experts in the field. European and national policy makers will exchange views with Interreg practitioners on how the Interreg CENTRAL EUROPE capitalisation call can concretely address border obstacles and improve functional flows in the central Europe area.
