On 14 and 15 May 2024 the RehAllianCE Kick-off meeting, hosted by Upper Silesian Accelerator for Commercial Enterprises Ltd, took place in Poland.
The first day was devoted to introductions of each project partner with an introduction of the institution and brief information on project implementation with the various project objectives, structure and rationale.
There was also a general overview of WP1 and WP2 presented by WP leaders (PBN and BioRegio STERN) with related activities, results, relation between WP and outputs, deadlines and KPIs.
In the first day, LP conducted also a discussion on the next steps, the monitoring plan and the establishment of the Steering Committee
On the second day, NSBPROJECT presented the WP3 activities, objectives and scheduling. The meeting was attended also by the Joint Secretariat Project Officer – Jana Vanecek which highlighted the importance of supporting SMEs competitiveness for the Programme.
Finally, the Project’s communication activities were presented by ProMIS, as well as the financial management by GAPR.
The KoM was important to agree on common methodologies, deadlines and the action plan for sharing project deliverables and output in time.
