These visits provided an excellent opportunity to engage with local stakeholders. The collaborative environment and exchange of expertise among participants and stakeholders significantly contributed to the initiative’s success.
The field visits and soil tests took place at the following pilot sites:
• 17th September – Woodtech (Hungary): Featured field presentations by WOODTECH, including soil ventilation, robotics hole-drilling and rotating, and forestry tools.
• 18th September – Gyomai Gazdakör’s (Hungary) – Soil issues assessment
• 7th-8th October – Cairo Montenotte (Italy): The first day included a meeting at ANCI Liguria’s headquarters in Genoa with representatives from the Municipality of Cairo Montenotte and the Provincial Administration of Savona, focusing on the Test Area and related pollution factors.
• 10th-11th October – Ormoz (Slovenia): Included a meeting with CPU Ormož, a visit to the Nature Reserve Ormož Basins, the silk DEMO center Dolgi Vrh, and the Reuse Center & Repair Café.
