Various regional and national stakeholders took part in this meeting.
The latest results and milestones from the first months of the project were discussed. During the meeting, common interfaces were identified and it was discussed how future cooperation between the INACO project team from the district office Forchheim and the various stakeholders could be established.
Especially the Water Management Authority („Wasserwirtschaftsamt“) has declared its willingness to share and disseminate datas and expertise in colaboration with the INACO project.
For example the exchange of data and further elaboration of risk management plans in the valley of Wiesent river have been discussed. The risks of water floodings, landslides and drougth challenging the river systems have been indicated.
Also some participants were interested in the results and projects at protection of cultural and natural heritage at the other European projects sites and project partners of INACO.
Finally, the participants were informed about future events in the first half of 2025 and the further course of the project.
