This week, we presented CURIOST at the EU Interreg Central Europe Synergies Meeting on Taking Circular Economy Forward. Additionally we had the chance to communicate with experts from other projects in the area of circular economy and exchange ideas and expertise within the network.
As the manufacturing industry must comply with many new “green” regulations, the aim of our project CURIOST is to change companies’ mindset: Companies often regard green transition as an additional burden rather than a business opportunity. However, it is essential to stay competitive, address new target groups, develop new circular business models and products and have a positive impact on the environment. Therefore, CURIOST is raising awareness for the benefits of circular product design to have a high impact on economic and environmental sustainability.
