Exploring Chemistry at Charles University: High School Students Engage in Green Chemistry

On January 16th, January 22th, and February 6th, Charles University hosted the event “Za Chemií na Přírodovědu (Exploring Chemistry at the Faculty of Science)” for high school students from across the Czech Republic. This year, the event focused on green chemistry, highlighting sustainable approaches in the field.

The program included a lecture on the topic given by Dr. Lukáš Rýček from GreenChemForCE project, supported by the InterregCE program. He introduced students to the fundamental principles of green chemistry as well as the structure and goals of the project within this context.
