On 23th of May a panel discussion and two lectures on project management were held at the Faculty of Economics in Split!

The panel discussion on “Navigating Cross-Border Collaboration: Insights from EU Interreg Project Leaders” brought together experts from the field of EU projects to share their experiences and valuable advice.

The conclusions emphasized the importance of teamwork and the ability to work in a very diverse team. The panelists agreed that the future of projects will certainly be changed by the arrival and wider use of artificial intelligence, but they also pointed out that a successful project manager will not be easy to replace. In this specific job of managing EU projects, many years of experience and acquaintances with as many institutions as possible contribute to the creation of better partnership relations.

After the panel discussion, interesting lectures were held by Mr. Joško Ravlić, who presented from his many years of experience what it means to be a project manager in a large system and what the job of a project manager in a company dealing with telecommunications looks like, while Mr. Darko Jureković presented to the visitors Oracle Academy & PMI Croatia.

The event was organized through the Interreg project Capacity2Transform.
