Session regarding TeBiCE Territorial Biorefineries project was held yesterday, during a conference entitled Kujawsko-Pomorskie Innovation, Science, Business, and Local Government Forum In Toruń. Dr Monika Śmiełowska gave a lecture on vegetable biomass in Kujawsko-Pomorskie region and Prof. Mariusz Stolarski from Uniwersytet Warmińsko-Mazurski w Olsztynie talked about perennial industrial plants, and later about post-production residues in insect breeding. During a discussion panel such issues as profitability and cooperation with research institutions were raised between universities professors, representatives of the regional authorities and businessmen from agrifood sector. The meeting was concluded with Dr Adrian Gołebiowski introduced possibilities of Value Chain Generator being prepared by Chemie-Cluster Bayern GmbH.
