9 and 10 October: Packaging Innovations exhibition of Krakow

During the presentation on 9 October, Ł-ŁIT’s rapporteur discussed the issue of packaging labels.

The meeting focused on the analysis of labels indicating recycling potential, compliance with environmental standards and materials used in production. The aim of the meeting was to understand if these labels are fulfilling their role and how they align with the principles of the circular economy.

In addition to this topic, several current themes concerning the world of packaging and sustainability were addressed. These include greenwashing and the solutions proposed by the Green Claims Directive to combat this practice.
