The project team in the Czech-Austrian pilot region tested the newly developed Accessibility Guide tool, which aims to help tourists with disabilities find basic information about accessibility directly on the websites of tourism service providers. Many providers in the pilot region offer services for people with disabilities but do not publish this information (e.g. accessible room) on the internet.
The Austrian-Czech project team is trying to change this situation. Together, they have developed a step-by-step guide for tourism service providers on how to publish accessibility information on their websites. Two webinar dates have been organised for Austrian tourism service providers: 29 January 2025 and 26 February 2025.
