Czech Wheelchair Accessibility Map Now in English: Explore Central Europe with Ease!

Expanding Accessibility Through Collaboration

European project CE-Spaces4All aims to create a more inclusive traveling across rural Central Europe. Thanks to the efforts of project partners, the database of accessible places is continually growing. They are actively mapping new accessible tourism spots, ensuring that people with disabilities benefit from an ever-expanding resource of verified locations.

Traveling should be a joy, not a challenge—especially for those with limited mobility! VozejkMap – the wheelchair accessibility map, operated by the Czech paraplegic association – CZEPA, z.s., is making that vision a reality, offering a seamless way to plan trips across the Czech Republic without the frustration of searching for accessible locations.

Trips

A Tool for Independence and Ease

This innovative map and database is designed to help people with limited mobility travel more freely. By providing detailed information on wheelchair-accessible tourist spots, the platform eliminates the uncertainty and inconvenience often faced during trip planning. Users can now explore confidently, knowing that their destinations will meet their needs.

Now Available in English

Developed and operated in the Czech Republic, the platform has now taken a step forward by launching an English version, opening its benefits to a broader audience. Thanks to the European project CE-Spaces4All, VozejkMap is expanding from the Czech Republic to Central Europe, as wheelchair-accessible places mapped during the project are now being added to its database.

How It Works

The map is user-friendly and accessible on any device for free. Visitors can search for locations, check accessibility details, and plan routes that accommodate their needs. For each listing, users can see specifics such as step-free entrances, accessible restrooms, and parking availability.

A Growing Community of Inclusivity

What sets this project apart is its collaborative spirit. The platform is built on contributions and feedback from users with limited mobility to improve its data. By building a community of inclusivity, it ensures the map remains accurate, up-to-date, and reflective of real-world conditions.

Explore Central Europe Without Limits

This wheelchair accessibility map is more than a tool—it’s a movement toward a more inclusive world. Whether you’re a local looking to enjoy a day out or a tourist planning an unforgettable trip, this resource empowers its users to focus on the journey, not the obstacles.
