This year’s Climate Neutrality Conference was full of inspiring discussions and practical conclusions on achieving climate neutrality in cities. We focused on:
- Effective use of EU funds
- Energy transformation
- Sustainable solutions in urban transport and construction
- Readiness of Polish cities to implement ambitious climate goals
One of the most important points of the conference was the National Round Table Session on Thermomodernisation. Bartosz Witkowski, Project Manager at the Mazovia Energy Agency, presented developed criteria for sustainable buildings and assumptions for the tool for assessing buildings in terms of thermomodernisation which will be created as part of the MESTRI-CE project. Przemysław Gorgol, director at Ipopema Finacial Advisory presented the possible options of green financing. Additionally, we conducted an engaging survey in which participants could take part by scanning a QR code, which allowed us to collect valuable data.
