During 3 days, we motivated each other and pooled our knowledge about soft skills. x-Inno radar investigates how to boost the industrial transition by activating and strengthening these soft skills – also 21st century skills or future skills. It was important to align expectations about the project. A first goal that was reached succesfully!
All participants engaged incredibly active during the inspiration sessions and various workshops. By thinking about our target groups and working around personas and communication, we dived deeper into the project together. As a result of cocreation, inspiration and workshops, the definition of soft skills is now clear to all. We also gave each other ideas for the content of upcoming expert focus groups.
This physical meeting brought progress on the practical side as well. The partners made sharper agreements and a firmer division of roles. We completed our timeline for the coming project period with deadlines and next joint activities.
We returned from Vorchdorf extremely motivated and eager for the further course of this project. Many thanks to partners Otelo eGen and Creative Region Linz & Upper Austria for hosting this first partner meeting.
The next one is scheduled for March 2025. Our Czech partner will then invite us to Karlovy Vary. There we put our heads together to think about strong pilot actions in the regions.
