It’s a wrap – first round of Buddy Boosting Training Programme in Stuttgart came to an end. It was a blast – what we’ve learnt and how to join for next time: After the first batch of the Buddy Boosting Training Programme came to an end with a kickout at WRS at the end of June, we went straight into planning the second batch from autumn 24. In several surveys, we asked the previous participants: What worked well? What didn’t? Were the selected topics interesting and well targeted?
Overall, the participants were satisfied with the content and the organisation

The interdisciplinary exchange between companies and Generation F can be further expanded
Based on these and other findings, we are now planning a revised version of the second Buddy Training programme from autumn this year – to enable bilateral exychange accross generations.
