Since 2006, Berlin’s Gründerinnenzentrale (Female Founders Centre) has set a precedent for gender-specific entrepreneurial support, under the initiative of WeiberWirtschaft eG and funded by Senatsverwaltung für Wirtschaft Energie und Betriebe Berlin.
