The MISSION CE CLIMATE project has launched a dedicated online platform at www.climatehub.si/climate-resilience/. This platform is designed to support the project’s aim of building resilience to climate change across Central Europe. It serves as a hub for information, resources, and tools that local stakeholders can use to conduct risk and vulnerability assessments (RVAs), develop adaptation strategies, and foster collaboration among communities. The platform integrates also practical information for citizens to foster climate resilience by adapting their homes.
