On June 13th, during the third Partners Meeting in Vienna, an engaging Open Space Technology (OST) simulation focused on Automated Vehicles and Citizen Engagement was held. The session emphasized principles such as participant autonomy, responsibility, freedom of choice, and the law of two feet, encouraging mobility, flexible structures, open collaboration, and active participation. The OST framework was set up, followed by dynamic round table discussions where participants moved freely and contributed to various topics. The session concluded with a plenary debriefing and a planning session to outline actionable next steps. This simulation was a valuable opportunity to leverage collective intelligence and drive engagement, setting a clear path for future actions. The event highlighted the commitment to implementing new strategies and promoting innovations in Central European cities.
