Partner meeting in Prague, Czech Republic

Date: 14.01.2025
By: INACO
The latest partner meeting for the INACO project brought together representatives from across Europe to review progress, discuss strategies, and refine tools aimed at safeguarding cultural and natural heritage sites in Central European river basin districts. Hosted by our Czech partner – ITAM CAS, the meeting was an intensive full-day session packed with discussions, practical workshops, and forward-looking planning.

The day began with a review of progress in Work Package 1. Discussions centered on strengths and weaknesses of the completed deliverables and initial results.

The practical component of Work Package 2 offered hands-on sessions led by CNR ISAC. The Risk Mapping Tool for Cultural Heritage Protection was introduced, demonstrated, and tested in a collaborative setting. Feedback from participants during and after the session helped identify areas for refinement and further application in real-world scenarios.

The meeting underscored the collective commitment of all partners to protect and preserve the region’s cultural and natural heritage in the face of climate change and environmental challenges.
