ReCo meets Gartnenschläfer

Date: 29.08.2024
By: ReCo
In the Rehauer Forest, Germany, we are working intensively to connect habitats – now also in cooperation with the “Spurensuche Gartenschläfer” project. Together, we have installed special dormouse boxes to gather information on the distribution of the garden dormouse (Eliomys quercinus) and to support the population of this rare species.

ReCo not only connects habitats but also people and their conservation projects across borders, thereby strengthening biodiversity in Europe. Together, we are making a difference for the preservation of nature!
