On March 11, 2025, project partners of REDU-CE-D gathered in Budapest for the 3rd Transnational Project Meeting, hosted by BKK Centre for Budapest Transport. The day began with an overview of the project’s progress, highlighting the activities implemented so far and upcoming deadlines. Partners engaged in discussions on EMS customization, particularly on defining a common framework and understanding the process for tailoring EMS support packages for the transportation sector.

During the afternoon session, the focus shifted to the strategic approach for energy transition, with partners aligning on the objectives of the REDU-CE-D Conference and discussing the Memorandum of Understanding. Additionally, financial reporting, project changes, and communication strategies—including synergies with other projects—were reviewed.

The meeting concluded with a Q&A session, finalizing next steps and confirming that the next Transnational Project Meeting will be held in Krakow in October 2025.
