On 26th of February, 43 person participated online to the 1st Regional Focus Group of Greenpact project “Circular Economy and Sustainable Tourism – Veneto Region for future entrepreneurship”. The Focus Group gave the chance to regional stakeholders to be informed about forthcoming project activities, and at the same time getting a wider view on project ambitions and expected results. The Focus Group has been featured by the presentation of Claudia Bettin, on behalf of Regione Veneto as project partner, that provided a general overview of the regional training offer, namely for tourism sector. The presentation has been furtherly enriched by Elisa De Martini, responsible for Lifelong Learning and Enterprise training of the Verona Operative Unit of Enaip Veneto that has focussed on the training offer of Enaip as regarding tourism profiles and curricula.
Greenpact is getting its more interesting part: the Collaboration Lab has been scheduled on 9th and 10th of April, followed by the start of the Buddy Training program in April. During the Focus Group, Saverio D’Eredità, Project Manager of Enaip Veneto has explained step by step the Greenpact road map from the Collaboration Lab to the Buddy Training, with the final scope of designing the Greenpact Label. There’re many chances for companies to innovate their business model as well for students and “futurepreneurs” to develop new disruptive ideas based on circular economy principles, tackling with socio-economic challenges of the tourism industry. High interest from all participants has been recorded. A call for expressions of interest is going to be published in the forthcoming weeks to open registration for the Collaboration Lab.
