Key milestone for further progress
The x-Inno Radar survey marks a critical step in our project. Its findings will provide an in-depth understanding of soft skills development in the participating regions. The results will be visualised through a comprehensive Screening tool, enriched with statistical data and examples of best practices.
These oucomes are essential for designing regional campaigns, pilot actions and regional strategies, as well as for our scientific comparative overview. By mapping the current regional landscapes of soft skills first, we aim to tailor initiatives to the unique needs of each region. This will ensure impactful and targeted interventions.
